Reason for locking threads?

Whenever i see a locked thread, i fail to see any blue post about WHY its locked.
Even just "according to blizz's bla bla bla §1 section 8b line 14, this thread needs to be locked" would seem fair

Atm i get the sense that the GM's watching throug the forums, locking whatever thread they "migh find offensive or\and against blizzard's policy"


When locking a thead, give a blue post at the end for WHY its locked.
