Cross language Battle Grounds

I heard about this feature, or could have probably be dreaming about it when i read it but i am pretty sure i remember seeing a post about this to be implemented in the near future.

Is it still on the plans?

I only ask this because the ruin battlegroup is in need of help for the horde when it comes to Alterac Valley.
40 vs 10... Huge waiting times. not that fun to be honest.
