Remember when Blizzard said they were only nerfing polymorph duration for arenas? That, it turns out, was a dirty little lie. Polymorph is nerfed accross the board in PvP duration.
Previously, it was a 50 second duration with an effective cap of 15 seconds in PvP.
On the first cast, you'd get 50 seconds truncated down to 15. The second cast would be 25 truncated to 15, and the third cast would simply be 12.5 seconds.
Now you START at 13 seconds (or possibly its 12.5, its hard to tell), and it halves each time from there.
