Im failing to see much point in the forums anymore, people are moaning and moaning about how Blizz have seriously messed up the PVP system, from the OP classes, to the points awarded, and a wide veriety of other issues, however how often do you actually get a blizzard employee repy to any of the posts.
To me Blizzard appear to have lost the way, they enjoy the 1.2 billion they make a year from the game, but dont seem to be interested in customer care, support or issues raised by their customers. I think its time that blizzard started to make the customer the priority again, instead of rolling round in the wads of cash that they make from us, the customers.
