Complain about Spanish servers performance

I know this is not the correct place to complain about this, but many friends and guildmates, and Spanish people of all servers are totally fed up about this situation...

Today, at 22:30 my realm has crashed as well as dun modr and ZulJin (Spanish realms both) I dont know if other servers have fell too but I have talked with people of the other ones and when I play with my alters there the general feeling is that the servers are too laggy.

The general think is that the lag on wintergrasp is understable, about 100 people on the same square is logic to be laggy, but the main reason to complain is that it lags on non spike hours, on spike hours it is usual to be laggy on Nax, the " no more instances can be created" (I dont know the exactly name in English) is very usual even in non spike hours. And general population of the servers doesn't matters because I've read similar things on recently created Spanish realms

I don't know if similar things are happening in English, German, French or Russian realms, but every time we claim an answer about this, we oftenly are not well answered by the Spanish Gms, so I'm writing this here to know if English GMs can give us a good answer or solution to this, because people speculates too much and thinks that Spanish servers are currently running on 386 machines (almost a sort of that, but not far away from reality)
