This is something we really do understand. We're trying to work out ways of making sure this is avoided. In the past we have been successful with preventing players from using such macros, but ways have been found in which to continue making them.
We agree that if a player chooses to destroy a totem, they should input into this decision as opposed to simply spamming a macro, and we will continue to try and work towards rewarding skill and not mindless key bashing.
