is it me but is the waiting time for a responce from a gm taking longer,i opened a ticket yesterday for the heart of magic quest item from malygos a known bug took 2 hours for a gm to respond only for them to "escalate the ticket"after a further 3 hours had enough logged off expecting the item in the post ,but no nothing,after a further 3 hours or so still no responce so decided to make another ticket.i am still waiting for a reply(further 3 hours)this is not the first time i have had this very poor customer care responce,after talking to other guild friends all say the same gm responce time is very poor.anyway hoping for a reply from blue, to tell me if this is something blizzard are working on improving or is it
"working as intended"
