Payment Pending

So, a friend of mine his account was expired today so he tried adding new gametime, he was using the dutch and german option called iDEAL,

When you use this after you press OK you are supposed to go to your bank page so finish the process, however this did not happen.

So now he has a 3 month subscription on his page saying "Pending" and he can't login and can't complete the payment.

Normally after an hour the "Pending" should go away according to the information page... but after 2 hours it's still there.

What should he do now? is there a way to cancel the "Pending "status and try again?
