Are we now posting by Animal Farm rules?

I mean, an MVP posts a subject which has been posted many times over (even on the first page) with even the same title and he gets blue tagged.

When others do the same they get locked and referred to one of those other topics.

Before the "jealous much?" posts, I don't give a hoot, I'm just curious.
