Dual Spec NEEDS to work pre-80

The reason dual specs are so needed is not just so hardcore raiders could save a few bucks, that's not a gamebreaking issue at all.

Dual specs are needed for allowing leveling healer classes to heal instances, and dps solo content after that. That is the fix for healer shortage and built-in flaw of healers leveling up. This is the reason dual specs are anticipated and if you fail to see this you intentionally refuse to fix long dismissed healer leveling flaw. I wish to help my group in any role needed, that is why I picked this class. However making me pay for making group makeup simpler ON TOP OF the gear set issues, is something working against the game itself.

At the maxium level there are considerably more people in LFG channels, making it easier to focus on one role. When leveling up any form of flexibility with the roles would be godsend, especially for new players wishing to see the content they pay for.
