A priest for healing and a paladin for tanking.
I'm slightly annoyed with blizzards decision to only include dual-spec at maximum level. It would be very useful to be able to level a priest with dual spec, shadow with either holy/discipline in which case you could level with shadow and still enter instances as a healer to learn the ropes. It seems to me that now my priest is really becoming useless; and I'm not saying that all priests are, you know you're life savers <3.
Instead of levelling the two characters, now I'm only planning on levelling the paladin and setting up a dual spec at 80 - or as soon as it's released.
I understand that dual spec may be complicated to some newer users, but I believe it would benefit the comunity more if it was implemented at say, level 40/50/60. This would allow players, I suppose mainly priests, to level faster and for first-time non dpsers, as I will be, gain the knowledge of the role more efficently than if they simply re-specced at 80.
Also, not everyone has a desire to reach level 80. To some extent I believe that this is just blizzard prompting people to reach level 80, so it would be more likely for more people to purchase the next expansion.
Discuss ;).
