Can we have a recruit-a-friend subforum?

Seems to me that there's a huge number of threads being posted on a daily basis regarding Recruit-a-friend, whether it be offers of partnership, or questions about the program. Wouldn't it be better to have a sub-forum dedicated to this kind of thing, so as to keep it all in one place and not clutter General Discussion with constant repetition.
