Why are we allowed to get Scarab Lord stil?

This event was over 3 years ago and was designated to only be available at that time only which made it something rare if someone had complete it but now servers are being opened with them closed making it possible for people to still obtain it which is a bit ridiculous.

Why can`t Blizzard just make all new servers and ones with the gates closed opened ?

Is it likely they don`t care and wan`t the money for those sad enough to transfer to the realms with the gates closed ?

Can`t you open the gates there also

When we opened those realms we said the gates would be closed. To now go back and open them when players might have been working towards doing it themselves for quite some time would be rather cruel.
