Why do Blizzard lock some posts?
I can understand that they lock some posts that turns into a flame war, has really bad language in it and such BUT I've been around the forums and seen posts with ideas and suggestions getting locked, I've read the responses that other people have made as well and it's usually more ideas etc. nothing wrong with it.
I also understand if the post breaks the rules and code of conduct they will get locked but since I have a lot of free time on my hands ;) I carefully read through them and took that into account when I was reading locked posts and I couldn't see any reason for locking them.
I might miss something of course but some locked posts are just plain ideas with no bad language or anything like that.
So why do they lock these threads? Is it because they don't know what to answer?
Is it because they don't want to deal with the problem that's been posted or what is it?
AND
Wouldn't it be better if Blizz wrote something like "We are locking this post because ........." so people know what NOT to write? (Not just the person who wrote it)
