SotA - Alliance always starts

In most cases there is no problem with alliance going first in Strand of the Ancients, but when one of both sides is outnumbered alliance has advantage over horde.

When for example there are 15 alliance and 3 hordes, alliance overruns horde in their assault and gets the relic in like 2 minutes. Then horde has no way in getting the titan relic and alliance wins.
--> Alliance gets 3 marks, horde 1

When for example there are 15 hordes and 3 alliance, alliance has no way in making it even past the first two walls and the game ends in 5 minutes.
--> No marks for anyone.

Why does alliance start at all times? Why not use some kind of random system where both of the factions can start and it's randomly decided for every match? I don't see any disadvantages to such a system.

In it's original version, Strand of the Ancients had a "coin flip" element which determined what side was to start on defense. However, due to some issues we encountered during initial testing stages, we have temporarily disabled this "coin flip".

With that said, we do understand that having the same faction always start on defense can have its disadvantages and we intend to re-implement the "coin flip" in an upcoming patch.
