Your 1st epic item in World of Warcraft

My first epic item dropped of the trolls in Hinterlands. I remember grinding those elites(pre expans.) with a group of warrior, rogue and mage. Then suddenly mage looted one corpse and we all saw a picture of axe, with a golden dragon around it. It was something unbelievable for us at level of 49. The warrior got it by need, then he left off group and ran to capital for selling it. If I right remember, the 1st epic item for me was twohanded axe called Kang the something:)

The Green Tower was the first epic item I got, and it dropped from one of those raptors in Stranglethorn Vale. This was a very long time ago now back in 2005, but I remember I sold that shield to some Shaman who wanted to give me 150 gold for it :-)

Pre-TBC, killing a mob near Andorhal in Western Plaguelands, my mage almost exploded with excitement over a Glowing Brightwood Staff.

Since then I did have one +Armor for x seconds style low level epic ring (or something similar) on one of my chars, but nothing that felt quite so good as that first random epic drop.
