Remember the good old days of having 40 of your friends doing a raid with you. It was so lively, lots of action, things were taken WAY less seriously.

BRM, you would have some intense fights, huge groups of alliance vs horde... Occasionally some High warlords / grand marshals slaughtering everyone.

The time when all comedy moments were made. Leeroy jenkins, onyxia raid wipe, etc.... And in BC now... Well. No memorable moments as far as i recall... and content is too easy to fly through.

No space weapons, laser blades... etc.

And ironforge and orgrimmar were the original chill out zones. Shattrath is just depressing and gloomy.

A time when ret paladins and enhancement shamans were truely feared. Windfury, pew pew? Nowadays its, Windfury, QQ.

Anyway feel free to add comments.

I don't miss it but I am sad I missed it. Joined too late, the burning grinder was already there. I truly hope a few "Classic Servers" Will be made maybe after WOTLK...

The idea for having classic realms is not a new one… People have suggested or requested that Vanilla WoW realms should be opened, where the level cap is 60 and there is no content beyond Naxx.

We recognize the fact that some people prefer the pre-expansion content over the current content and as a result would like to revel in nostalgia, however the developers are planning to keep the game moving forward as they want the game to continue progressing and evolving.

There are no plans for classic realms at this point in time, so you should not expect to see the opening of such realms with the launch of WotLK.

OK.I think my last suggestion would be slightly problematic, so here's another

Delete WoW.

Delete TBC

Cancel account

Buy a new copy of WoW only (you get can one for about £ 4-6 on e-bay/amazon, a small price to pay for what you really really want).

Install WoW, create new account and play to lvl 60 only (thus only paying for 1 account).

See, it can be done....it isn't impossible. But guess what......I bet no-one would do it...because when push comes to shove, you are all talk and no action.

Or perhaps it would be just as good to re-roll instead and then not go to the Outlands when you reach level 58-60.

A while back there was a group of people who formed a guild for the very purpose of playing the old content only, since they weren't fans of TBC, but I cannot remember which realm they re-rolled on.
