22/01 Arenas temporarily disabled

We have temporarily disabled all Arena matches while we investigate current rating calculation discrepancies. Further updates will be provided once we have additional information to share.

1. What's this "hidden" rating?
2. Why it is "hidden"? Can it even be presented client-side?
3. How the TR and PR were supposed to be calculated?
4. Why the changes were introduced without any prior notion?

Oh, wait, we're on the euro forums. Guess I should be waiting for some copy-paste from the American ones.

We make announcements globally. This copy paste idea is just plain wrong -- there is nothing wrong with informing customers of useful information.

I think you proved his right more than you proved his wrong by not answering his questions though;> I understand that you can't give to many answers but for us EU people it's starting to get rather old/lame that we can't get any real answers regarding issue's unless we get lucky and someone at the US made a thread about the same thing. If it's getting old for you, then drop it :-) We inform as we can. If we have no information to add, we don't add it. Having a go at Community Team members doing their job is just not helpful.

Well do dont want to be rude. And i dont want to fish on blue post or anything. But what i have noticed is when a certain issue is being shown on forums. Its always the US forum that gets the first informative post about it. Its never announced first in EU.

This is derailing the thread, so please can we stop on this now. But for the record, yes sometimes announcements are made here first, but you haven't noticed them. Generally they're either made at the same time as the US. But the timezones are completely different, and we do not generally post while sleeping.
