21/01 Patch 3.0.8 issues

Some players may notice that patch 3.0.8 introduced a number of issues:

• There are some human female animation errors, specifically when using two-handed weapons or shooting with a ranged weapon.
  
• Some Hunter aspects behave as if they still have a global cooldown. The design is that Hunter Aspects should not be on the GCD.
  
• The warlock spell Ritual of Summoning can only be used once every two minutes. More info can be found here:

• Tooltip error on Howling Blast (currently it doesn't indicate a cooldown).
