Why Do The Elders Hate TBC?

It's like we bought an entire expansion for nothing. Everything lunar festival related happens in vanilla WoW areas or Northrend.

At first I thought it was Outland's existence on another planet. It didn't really make sense because it's related to the Cenarion types, and Outland has an entire faction devoted to them.

Then I was doing the elders in Kalimdor and realised that the elders entirely ignored the parts of Azeroth introduced by TBC (Exodar / Silvermoon and environs).

Of course, imagine the mailbox spam if we had 20 elders in Outland too...
