Hello,

First of all, I would like to start a productive dicsussion about having a blizzard representative in europe that would be as open and direct as GC in the USA. Therefore please:

1. No flaming of Blizzard.
2. No bumps.
3. No whines.
4. Dont say: "I'll quit if you dont do...."
5. Be constructive and productive, if you dont have something to say -> dont say anything.

Try to be productive and try to bring a series of logical arguments of why would it be beneficial for the community and blizzard to HIRE a person to fulfill the task.

For those of you who do not know Ghostcrawler is a WoW developer in charge of class mechanics (I think), who replies to A LOT of posts by the players. He also explains in great detail every change being made. This is a great feat achieved by a single man in his free time and at his own expense. (Btw, give him a raise for his self-made job) He makes people feel better, trust Blizzard more, people think higher of customer service etc. etc. etc. For a list of his posts go to:

http://www.wowblues.com/author/Ghostcrawler (He basically posts once in 2-3 hours, sometimes even more often)

There is a need for such a person in Europe, even if they have to pay for one. This would be very beneficial for a large number of people:

1. It would stop a lot of the quitters and whiners.
2. It would create a form of trust between players and Blizzard.
3. It would make sure that there is more contact between players and Blizzard.
4. Our suggestions would get replies (and we would know that they are read), a lot of the time they ARE read, but no notification is made of it.
5. The game would receive the benefit of the european knowledge and player base.

I could go on... but I'll leave that to everyone else.
