Arena petition thread locked, Blizzard cares?

This is a discussion forum. Petition threads do not contain much discussion – instead, a petition is usually page after page of “/signed.” This is not constructive. If you have an issue with the game, please discuss it in a civil fashion. There are other places on the internet to form online petitions.

20 page long petition that proves that Blizzards decision to implement the new arena rating system was fail, locked due to Blizzard "frowning" upon Petition topics.
Shows pretty well just how much you care about the people that buy your game and pay your salary.

If we can't show our dissapointment here, where should we do? Is there a blizzard hotline I can call and scream at your dev team for being completely dimwitted?
We don't even have a suggestions forum, this is limited for the american users.

You can show your disappointment freely on these forums, as long as you do it in a manner that is not in violation of the forum rules. Petition threads, spam campaigns, throwing abuse/insults towards other people is against the forum rules!
