“Petition” posts are frowned on
This is a discussion forum. Petition threads do not contain much discussion – instead, a petition is usually page after page of “/signed.” This is not constructive. If you have an issue with the game, please discuss it in a civil fashion. There are other places on the internet to form online petitions.
There is no difference really between 100 posts that all say "/signed" or all say "I want to be able to PvP", it still isn't constructive feedback. Sure, this thread is not a petition thread, but threads that only contain identical/similar replies in a form of protest is of no use and only serve to push away threads that may contain actual feedback.
We cannot use feedback like:
- Blizzard hates my class.
- Blues never posts where I want them to post.
- Let's spam in this manner in order to get attention
- Blizzard's method of testing is wrong.
- I don't understand why Blizzard designed my class this way.
- Blizzard wants us/is forcing us all to re-roll.
- Blizzard has no idea what to do with my class.
- Blizzard doesn't understand how the class they designed work.
- I am angry because you did not use my idea.
- Nobody at Blizzard plays my class.
- Everybody at Blizzard plays only that class, that is why it is OP
- Why won't you fix our problems?
If you are unsure how to post feedback that is useful to us, please take a look below for inspiration:
- I have trouble surviving in Arenas.
- I don't like this talent This other talent is a much better use of talent points.
- I find this mechanic confusing or troublesome
- Under these conditions, this ability seems to work undesirably.
- This ability or talent might be bugged.
- My DPS is low in this situation.
- I don't want to use this type of weapon because it doesn't work as well with this mechanic.
If you have said everything you can say, if someone else have said what you wanted to say, if you no longer know what to post, then please stop posting.
It is fine to voice your concerns if you are unhappy about something, but please be constructive when doing so. Initiating spam campaigns and looking for ways to dodge the forum rules is not constructive!
