I mean week in week out raidweeks are cut in half on Al'Akir since until Sunday one can't raid without a few seconds lag. You said over there at Blizzard you took some actions to make it better but it's not. Not improved at all.

I am an officer in my guild and I spend a lot of my time during the day preparing for raids, to see us call it every single time because we can't play at all.

What's wrong there. Is bottlenecking of data your servers can't handle? Is Al'Akir and its battlegroup too big, have too many players? Why not buy some new servers, you got the money back after 1 day.

This really frustrates me since everyone sees their spare time go out of the drain. It shouldn't be like that. Gief Nasa computers like they have in China.
