Random suspension

well, I come to play my wow account and I cant log on...

check my emails and everything and i find one from wow saying my pass has been changed and im suspended for 3 days for "Use of Prohibited Third Party software"

well erm...

I'm sorry to break it to you blizzard I havent used any "third party software" and this is just complete rubbish.

Im posting this from my friends account because of the suspension -.-

but seriously.... if i cant get this suspension off my account I AM going to quit...

ok... worst case is having a trojan, someone then tries to get the account banned for their entertainment. Well im not laughing... seriously sort it out please.

P.S I looked for somewhere to appeal this but i only found something i needed ID for and im not going to scan up images and sort all that out because it will take 3 days to do -.-

Might want to phone the Account team instead of using the webmail since they have long queues at the moment.

This is the best advice you can get.
