You mod's pop into a thread just to lock it, Don't post anymore then 2 lines or just post a link and i ask what is the need for this forum? Can you merge it with the US forum where there is alot more mods that post more then 2 lines and clearly better at the job then you guys are. We pay to play the game and we need to get service in game and out on the forums.

How u guys manage to keep your jobs is beyond me. Forums are full of keyloggers and you do nothing, Takes up to 24 hours for you to remove a keylogger post. And it's not up to us to report these topics its your forums you should do your job what u get paid for and not wait on hand and foot from you paying customers.

And for all these account attack's and being lost can't you just add 2 secrets question's, One to change your password and 1 for when u phone blizzard telling them your account as been hacked so they know its you ? Or will that be too much effort. Well do something, You do nothing on these forums.

Don't lock this post, instead of doing what you normaly do give us a reply saying why you do nothing.

Feedback about the forums or the staff handling them can be forwarded through the community web form (category "Forums"): https://www.wow-europe.com/community/webform/index.html

Please try to keep it constructive though. Claiming we do "nothing" only shows a very selective reading ability. ;-)

Edit: replies to some of the posts, since I'm already in the thread...

Q u o t e:
Yes, I am well aware of this, it's taken me over 6months to get a perm ban removed so I could post again, and the only thing I said was "The warrior class is getting dumber."

Not sure what you were told by e-mail, but your suspension record lists a few other statements too. Feel free to reply should your e-mail have claimed that was the only thing you were suspended for, and we can share some more details.

Q u o t e:
Moderation is transparent, arbitrary and inconsistent

I think our guidelines are fairly straight-forward and easy to abide by. Naturally, those who are not able or willing to abide by them may think otherwise.

Consistency is very important, of course. It's a little tricky with millions of posts, thousands of reported posts, and thousands of non-reported inappropriate posts, but it's definitely one of the areas we focus on.

And Devils, if you switched to that alt for posting due to being afraid of moderator retaliation, note that we can see your other characters. ;-)
