Forum ban problem

Hello, I made a thread here a week or two ago about forum ban appealing and I got directed to the forum ban appeal page by a CM.
I filled in the form as short as possible ( BAH! The 500 character limit is so annoying, I had to cut my 'issue' shorted from all places! )

The problem is, it's been over a week now, even more, and I haven't even got a reply on e-mail. I can't even e-mail you guys about this issue since you NEVER reply. Perhaps you wouldn't close this thread so hastily, dear Community Manager ? Also the ban isn't related to this account.

( I think you really should higher more people to your crew, not only are ingame GM ticket queues awful, the replying speed of your crew working on such cases is either very small or nonexistant, correct me if I'm wrong., but this is how it seems to me right now)

And also, why do I lag so much when I'm in queue to my realm ? Game is in alt-tab, but when I log in I get no lag, just the pre-log in area lags my PC alot!

Sorry for all typos, for I have immense lag at typing.

We have a bit of delay on ban appeals at the moment, but hope to catch up on them in the coming weeks. Note that those appeals are generally from people violating the forum guidelines in the first place, thus when there's a lot of work or reduced staff they generally get very low priority. You don't get first in line when you broke the rules. ;-)

We scan through the e-mails now and then to pick up other e-mails though, and especially keep an eye out for people who had their accounts stolen and used for posting keyloggers. We try give these priority for getting forum access back, as long as we're sure they're in full control of their account again and will remain so in the future.

So people who were, excuse my French, stupid enough to get keylogged - probably by visiting gold selling sites and whatnot - get priority over people who get punished for being a bit too... "passionate" about a problem or two regarding the game?

While it's not my place to tell you guys what to do, but I do find that decision kinda distasteful. >.>

Yes, being unlucky or incautious is less of a problem to us here on the forums than being bad-mannered, disruptive, hostile or rude. If you disagree with that I'm quite happy it's not your place to tell us what to do. ;)
