An obvious reference to the cartoon Where in the World is Carmen San Diego.

I am pretty convinced that 'Element 115' found in Grizzly Hills is a reference to 'Elerium-115', the made up element featured in the X-COM - UFO Enemy unknown game from 1993.

Although I did hear someone say that 'Element 115' may very likely be a reference to 'Ununpentium', which is an element in the periodic table that has the atomic number 115, thus making it 'Element 115' in real life :-)
