I can not play a Game which is being Paid

My characters are at STONEMAUL

NO STONEMAUL SERVER EXISTS NOW !

WHERE ARE MY CHARACTERS

I SPEND 30 MIN LOGGING ON EVERY OF THE SERVERS LOOKING FOR CHARACTERS , BUT NONE

IS THAT WHAT A CUSTOMER SHOULD DO IN A FIRST PLACE ?

If you have characters stuck on the decommissioned realms, please contact out Support staff in-game to have them moved. We're in the process of moving them all, but you might be able to cut your wait time short this way.

The hardware will be used again when there's need for it. That's the plan for all realm hardware. :)
