Good looking quest rewards in Northrend?

So I haven't hit Northrend yet, but I hope to do so this weekend (not playing during weekdays). So far, I've stuck with the blue death knight starter armour, for looks. I just can't stand seeing my character walking around in the horribly ugly quest rewards from outlands. The blue armour is good enough to do the job anyway, so there's no real need to change it.

However, when I finally hit Northrend, I'm really hoping to do some gear upgrading. I'm a casual player, and haven't raided since BWL (just a few odd ones in BC), but I was hoping to pick up something atleast decent looking while levelling 68-80. So, without spoilering to much, should I look forward to Northrend, gear-wise?

Can I get nice looking stuff from quests, or is all of it all in instances? (I'm afraid there might be hard finding groups for the early instances in Northrend, since everyone seems to have raced to level 80 so fast).

I really like the dark new gear in Northrend. All my 60-70 alts are dressed in various clown suits from Outland, so I am looking forward to gearing them up in Northrend and looking more respectable. My main continues to wear gear from Black Temple, and so I hope I eventually get some upgrades in Naxx 25. ;-)
