Huge flaw regarding cooking and achievement!

I would like to bring attention to the fact that the recipe:

Kungaloosh (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=39644)
has been removed from the game as of build (patch) 3.0.3 and yet it is still a requirement for the: http://www.wowhead.com/?achievement=1779 which means this achievement will be impossible to achieve.
It also means that http://www.wowhead.com/?achievement=1784 will be impossible to achieve.

This is quite big since a lot of people are trying to get that "Chef" title fast and in this patch it's not possible thanks to this glitch/flaw.
