Phobias in Game

Yesterday I did Azjol-Nurub with my friends, it was great fun. Such a nice change in the way instances are planned and designed. It's nicely short, feels very different to anywhere else in game, and all the bosses are varied and rich in character. Obviously, like most people, we outgeared it and didn't find it hard, but the gauntlets and amazing scenery kept us on our toes. I really liked the part when you fall down to the final bosses lair, it felt like something out of indiana jones!

However, I do have a problem with it, and it may be a common issue. I am an arachnophobe. not a serious one mind you, and can deal fine with spiders in real life (as long as they're not huge).

In WoW there are three types (I think) of spider models, the Night Elf ones (furry like), the funny bumpy ones (like Terokantula) and the spindly ones (like the Riven Widows in Rivenwood). The first two are fine, they don't make me scared at all, because they're nicely cartoonish. The spindly spiders however, are really really convincing in the way the move. When they're normal mob size I just zoom my camera out as much as I can and I'm ok, but the rather enormous Hadronox (second boss in Azjol-Nerub) fills the whole screen and creeped me out to such and extent that I had to tank the boss with my eyes closed. In normal mode this is fine, however in heroic (especially with the poison clouds) I have a feeling I'll need my eyes open.
It will be an 'interesting' day when I have to do that...

So, do any of you guys have a problem like this? Fellow arachnophoboes, musophobes (mice and rats), ophidiophobes (snakes) or ornithophobes (birds)? Is anything in Wow realistic enough to trigger your phobia and what do you do about it?

Not quite the same, but whenever I run my stubby little green legs through Menethil Harbour, I'm always frightened to death in case I encounter another heroic adventurer trying to collect Young Crocolisk Skins.
