I would just like to put a short note up that really realised my faith in humanity, and indeed was the epitome of the WoW spirit in my opinion.
Last night I went to my local Tesco store (St Peters, Worcester) who were supposed to stock the game (at about 11:30) to be informed that they did not have the game and that they were closing at 00:00 anyway. However I was informed that they did have 50 copies in the Gloucester store…. /charge to the car!
I arrive at the Gloucester store at 00:03 to be told that they are out of stock and all the copies had sold… so with head held low I sauntered out of the store… only to be spotted by a young girl and her 2 friends / family who had purchased multiple (3) copies between them (I for each I assume).
Then to my surprise she came over to me, and asked if I would like one of the copies for the same price she had paid, she said she had pre-ordered a copy so oculd go and collect hers in the morning.
It was great to have the game and I left Tecso with my night made completely! Not because I had the game (though that helped) but because it is the first time in a very long time that I have witnessed that kind of kindness and completely unselfish behaviour.
Thank you very much and I really hope you are repaid for your kindness, I know you will be one day.
A true and simple story, with a very big meaning.
I did not get the girls name or char, and she probably wont read this. But Thank you.
