Not at all. But the PvP destination realms are not even close to queues, hence migration instead of new realms.

2 what is blizzard policy? how long do they belive a "Livable" que time is on a server?
Azjol-Nerub has pretty havy wait timers, not in the +1000 mark but still ive been waitng 30 min now.
Whats the pain threshold, and how long will it have to be sustaind before players get free migration?

1. Yes
2. We don't have a set number. This is a continual evaluation with additional factors also needing to be considered.

Is about time you start to view the problems of servers with huge faction imbalance problems.

Unfortunately the faction ratios on the same realm types are very much the same as other realms of the same type. This is something we're aware of (though the numbers often cited by players are hugely inaccurate and exaggerated), but it's hard to do something about. We can't force people to roll the other faction, after all.

Why isn't there a free transfer from all the full realms, to all the low populated realms? I want to transfer from Stormreaver but not to Burning Blade. I would rather transfer to Spinebreaker.

We'd risk having a lot of people from multiple realms go to the same realm (e.g. everyone going to Auchindoun), thus creating long queues on the destination realm. It's not cool migrating from one queued realm to one that shortly after has a longer queue than the one you came from.

Is it possible to extend fct deadline? Neptulon queue hasn't got any shorter. In fact primetime queue is now around 1900 while it used to be 1200 in launch.

We might extend the time limit, but can't say for sure today. We'll post an update on migrations that will be open until at least Friday tomorrow afternoon. The feedback about lack of options regarding destinations has been noted. However, we must still keep in mind the risk of flooding a single target realm.
