PCT on Full realms

Free character migration generally has no impact on paid character transfers. Realms that do not allow incoming paid transfers due to high population will not allow it until the population drops - which I think is unlikely to happen in the coming days. ;)

No, and there never will be. Once the population has remained low enough for a period of time, PCT will automatically be allowed to the realm. Simple as that.

Unless we decide to block PCT for some other reason, but that's not the case at this time.
