Getting loot for wrong spec?

I recently switched from outlaw to subtlety rogue, and started looking for better daggers, but turns out for example, world quests give me outlaw weapons (maces, swords etc.) and says “for Outlaw spec.”, i do have loot spec on subtlety, but it still keeps happening. Whats the problem?

Exactly this. World quest rewards are set, so you don’t need to go changing spec or loot spec to see what other rewards might be there. What you see is what you get
