Guardian Druid Artifact Transmog Problems

I’m trying to use the blue variant of “The Claws of Ursoc” version of the artifact weapon for transmog but only the white, black and gold options are appearing whenever I right-click the item at the transmog vendor. I can change the actual artifact to that appearance so I have unlocked it but it still doesn’t appear. Anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it? Thanks
