5829 and 5680 execute WTF?

Since when a 6k execute is balanced?

Fix it! Balance it! Or tone it down or whatever the feck you call it just do something about this. This is an instant IWIN button for warriors at 20% when I'm very very very very very far far far away to finish a proper fight. This just can't be intended.

Fix it! And don't let Tigole's obsession with warriors cloud you clear vision.

And while you are at it, fix shamans, too! :P
