I send in the webform almost two weeks ago, got my account back, main character locked in transfer. GM tells me to call Account & Billing the next day, fine I will do that then.
Upon calling Account & Billing, first of all, does not accept calls from mobilephones, who the "#¤% owns a wired phone these days? Your grandparents?
Next up, finally getting through, they do not accept queues on the line? Well WTF? It's a callcenter for crying out !"#¤
So now I have been trying to get through to Account & Billing for a few days, resend a webform.
Is this really acceptable service?
