Authenticator not arrived and cant contact...

Hi, I ordered the Blizzard Authenticator on 15th september and money was taken from my account on 18th september. While I accept it may take some time, it is now over 2 weeks since i ordered this item and still has not arrived.

I attempted to contact blizzard by email on wednesday, only to get the following message...

OK, so i wait a few days, still no delivery, still no response to mail support.
So i try contact blizzard billing support on the number specified on their website, only to get a message that their queues are too long and wont accept hold anymore people in the queue.

So, i've had a) no item delivered after over 2 weeks, b) email support seems to be not working, or at least it looks like ill never get a response and c) they wont even answer their phones.

So what now? I really want to get this sorted in a way to cause as little hassle as possible, but im starting to run into too many brick walls. Can someone from blizzard please help? Perhaps even contact me or something?
