Realmstatus Alliance horde ratio

Hi, can anyone tell is this site reliable or accurate on realms population and is the information on date.

If not is there someother sites i could see them. I am making horde side character on pvp realm and i would like the both sides have good amounts of players. Like over 4000 on both sides. Cheers.
