Honorable Pennant + Noggerfogger Elixir BUG

When you use Honorable Pennant Toy with Noggerfogger Elixir and become smaller the flag on my character back is start to string out in a very strange and buggy way.
I’m 100% there is some visual bug with that flag combined with the Noggerfogger Elixir because I only experience this weird visual effect when I use this two things at the same time.

Thanks for letting us know, could you maybe clarify what do you mean by saying string out though? Potentially a screenshot might help too?
