Slowakia "banned"

As the title of this topic says, partialy, my country is ,how to say it, banned from every event blizzard ever made. I only mean the competitions and stuff like that. For example, valentines day, frostmourne competition and now recruit-a-friend-get-a-zhevra . I dont know why this is and im sure that my country isnt the only one that cant compete thats why im asking. For my its a bit discriminating. I dont want to move from my town to , i dont know, paris or berlin to be able to compete. That all ill write for now because i dont know what else to write. Ill be bumping this post for players if they want to reply or just read.
