Russian community has problems and we don’t know how to solve them and when they’ll be solved. So we decided to create here a thread with some questions because Russian support don’t want to explain what’s happening now with Russian servers.
Some days ago we hadn’t possibility to create new characters on servers. This “feature” was added on 14 August but creation was opened just for few hours and now its closed without any explanations. But that’s not all! Russian Blizzard support answered in one of threads, that creation of new characters wasn’t closed. It’s a joke? Or it’s some kind of mockery?
From yesterday some gamers found out problems with connection to servers. They are disconnected every five minutes. And, as always, nobody from Blizzard doesn’t want to write something on Russian forum about this problem.
Russian GMs don’t want to talk with gamers online. They just leave a message with advice to search the forum after user goes offline.
Russian Blizzard can only close or delete discussions on the forum. No answers, nothing. We don’t know what to think.
Please do something! At least explain what’s going on now!
