10/10 PCT delays (update 11/10)

We are very much aware of the fact that at the moment the Paid Character Transfer (PCT) is not functioning as it should for some players. It is apparent that some characters are still in queue and waiting to be transferred to their destination realms.

We are still looking into this complex issue and would ask those players who have been waiting longer than 5 days for their character(s) to be moved, to please contact our Billing department.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Update 11/10
The PCT is closed until further notice. We're working diligently on restoring the service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

That is exactly what we did in this thread. Of course we are still working on fixing this, but we don't have any new information at the moment.
