Second Wind can only be triggered ever ten seconds.
Intercept stun and Charge Stun becomes an incapacitating effect rather than a stun, and doesn't silence you like Feral Charge.
Mace Spec no longer stuns but rather generates an even bigger bunch of rage.
Enrage to be moved to a 25/20 point talent.
Absorbed Damage generates enrage.
Mortal Strike cuts 50% off shadow and drain life healing.
Warlocks:
Deathcoil puts Healthstone on a 1minute cooldown.
Healthstone puts Deathcoil on a 1 minute cooldown.
Drain Life has a 5 second cooldown.
Thoughts? this isn't a "nerf post" it's rather a way to balance the things i as a rogue/mage/druid find too powerful :)
