"Can I change my character looks?"
Yes, yes you can.
"MAY I change my character looks?"
No, NO you can't.
As you can see, these are 2 totally different questions yet with the same effect.
It is possible to change the looks of your character but it's a bannable offence therefore if you decide to do it it's your and only your responsibility to deal with the consequences that may follow. A Ban

We definitely want people to create their own UIs utilizing custom menu configurations, graphics, and even sounds. Anything that can be coded to modify the style and the look of the UI is fair game, as long as the modifications are done to the sanctioned internal files of the game.
