Tabard Of Frost?? How Do I Get It?

I have heard that you can get a tabard of frost by inserting a code from a game card but i am not sure if this is right!

please mention / if im wrong. how do i get one? thankyou!

You need 2000 UDE points to get the Tabard of the Frost, which is the same as 20 point cards that is primarily found in WoW Trading Card Game booster packs. You can learn more about UDE points here: http://www.wowwiki.com/TCG_UDE_Points
