WoW-spell effects in real life

Somehow I was wondering today what the fortitude buff would do to a person in real life. If you're a full health and feel fine in real life, then how would it feel like to be able to make your health reach new heights? Or a sudden expansion of your intellect?

I can imagine being hit by a fireball or ice bolt would probably cause some damage, and maybe even being banished - just being able to look at other people while unable to act an invincible.

But I can't help wondering about that fortitude...
