Season 4 Start EU?

Hi - I was wondering when the Season 4 for EU start? Should it not start after the server reboot 3-4 CEST 3rd August? There are no information for EU on any forum or maintenance side like US had.

Season 4 should start at 7:00 GMT. So that’s 8:00 CEST.
